When we met Finn, I don’t think we realized what a difference he would make in our home search. We had met several realtors — but none of them seemed to do much or take our search very seriously. Finn was the first realtor who was really on the ball. He started sending us properties and really worked to understand what areas we would consider and what properties would fit our needs. He stuck with us for over a year, with a patience and stick-with-it-ness that I think helped us stay optimistic that we would eventually find something. “After looking at our property, Finn created a marketing strategy. He created a 3D image with a drone he operates, took nice pictures, and wrote a great description of the house. He knew exactly how

he was going to sell our home. At first I wasn’t sure if his strategy would work but decided to leave him alone. I wanted to raise the price of the house but he felt we would get more people looking at it at a lower price. As soon as he put the house on the market we started to get a bidding war. We sold the house in about 3 weeks. We got the best price of all the similar houses in the area. He was able to close escrow in 15 days! Also, Finn managed the tasks we couldn’t take care of since we had already moved out of the house and were no longer in the state. He handled everything — like getting it painted and throwing out some of the things we ended up leaving at the house. He made it so easy for us. Even in our first meeting in his office, he actually took the time to get to know me as a person and made sure that my goals were in line with my financial situation. He was more service than sales right from the start. Further, he is very knowledgeable. Take for example the real estate contracts, there are a lot of contracts to sign when buying a house.
